Ellis Ranch is a huge gorgeous venue with large grounds and absolutely epic barn. The ceremony site is perfectly shaded and the lawns were green, even on Megan and Jack’s September wedding day. The sun was shining and the skies were blue- the perfect Colorado day.

Megan and Jack’s day was so full of love. The wedding parties got ready separately with the couple opting to not do a first look, but wait until the ceremony to see each other. There were lots of tears as they met at the alter and the couple exchanged personal vows in a sweet ceremony officiated by Megan’s grandpa. After the couple walk down the aisle, Jack, usually so reserved, started tearing up- it was so incredibly sweet.

The couple had so many special people with them that we did more group photos than I’ve ever seen a couple do! Even with the long shot list, their smiles never wavered and everyone was so excited to be a part of their pictures and to congratulate the couple.

After sharing a first dance and cutting the cake Megan and Jack took to the dance floor for the rest of the night! Their wedding turned into a full on party thanks in part to their awesome DJ, but also because they had so many friends ready to celebrate with them. An totally fun end to a perfect day!
