For the couples who want something more personal than a one size fits all experience
It still feels surreal that I now get to use all that mountain knowledge to do my favorite things- take photos, and help people create their dream wedding day. I fell into photography a little by accident, first picking up a camera because I wanted to take pictures of my dogs and I in the mountains. I wanted to try and do justice to the incredible places I was hiking to, and a phone just wasn’t cutting it. Then, my friend's boyfriend asked me to photograph their proposal. When I saw the joy that the images brought them, I knew that this was what I was meant to do. I love being able to document people in a way that makes them feel seen and special - that's not something we get enough of in our adult lives.
Elopement days are so personal- it's never lost on me what a big deal it is to be a part of them. I love being able to make small differences in a wedding day. Helping everyone feel comfortable, keeping track of time so you don't have to, helping people remember to breathe and be in the moment. Stepping in to put in veils, pin boutonnieres, carry things, be in charge of starting the music. Basically helping two people feel what its like to be rockstars- because your wedding IS all about you, and that is a GOOD thing.

When we work together on your dream day, I become more than just someone who takes pictures. I strive to be a trusted friend and guide throughout the entire process, from planning to execution. That's why I offer in depth location guides, timeline guidance, and vendor recommendations, to help make your day as stress-free as possible.
I understand that not everyone is comfortable in front of the camera or has a ton of pose ideas, which is why I use what I like to call "gentle direction" to help you feel confident while still allowing for candid moments that highlight your unique personalities and the emotions of the day. Your wedding day is more than just vows and portraits; it's an experience that should be savored and remembered. From the excitement of getting ready to the epic location, to saying your vows and signing your marriage license, your day is crafted intentionally around the two of you. And as your photographer, I am committed to capturing all those favorite things and moments that make you smile ear to ear, so that you can relive them through your photos over and over again.

Perfect if you want to experience two golden hours (the most magical light) and do multiple different locations! We'll meet up in the morning, take a break, and then adventure again later in the day. You're able to split coverage up however you want, in whatever way fits your dream adventure! This is also a great option if you want to include guests in part of your day, but still have time for just the two of you.

Let's capture the essence of your intimate wedding with up to 8 hours of continuous coverage. From the getting ready moments, to the adventure to your ceremony spot, from stunning portraits to your celebration, I'll be there to capture every precious memory. This is a great choice if you want all the important moments documented, are including guests in your day, and/or want to include a fun activity like off roading/paddleboarding/fishing ect. And if you're feeling adventurous, we can even add a hike of up to 4 miles round trip to your special day!

Document your full wedding day story with my Full-Day Adventure Elopement and Wedding Experience! You can even use this time for an up to 8-mile round trip hike.
